Ancillary properties include outpatient and surgical centers; regional hospitals; large multi-site emergency clinics; and all types of senior living facilities.
Our primary investor clients are a select group of institutional and private high-net worth individuals interested in acquiring desirable medical and ancillary properties in the southeastern U.S. While each investor has specific buying criteria, all share the same interest in the same property types.
